📧 How to Add an Email Account or Access Webmail

Your hosting plan may include professional email accounts (such as you@yourdomain.com) that can be accessed online or set up on your devices. Follow these steps to create new email accounts or check your messages through Webmail.

🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area

  1. Go to https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

    💡 Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password? and follow the email link to reset it.

🧭 Step 2: Open Your Hosting Service

  1. From the main menu, click ServicesMy Services.

  2. Find the hosting service associated with your domain name.

  3. Click View Details to open the service page.

✏️ Step 3: Add a New Email Account

If your hosting plan includes cPanel email:

  1. On the service details page, click Login to cPanel.

  2. Once inside cPanel, look for the Email Accounts icon under the Email section.

  3. Click Create or Add New Email Account.

  4. Enter:

    • Email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com)

    • Password (strong and unique)

    • Mailbox quota (optional)

  5. Click Create to finish.

✅ Your new email address is now ready to use and can send/receive messages immediately.

💻 Step 4: Access Webmail

  1. From your browser, visit https://yourdomain.com/webmail.

  2. Enter your full email address and password.

  3. Choose a preferred email application (e.g., Roundcube).

  4. Once logged in, you can send, read, and organize emails directly from your browser.

💡 Alternatively, you can access Webmail through your Client Area by clicking Login to Webmail next to your hosting service.

📱 Step 5: Add Your Email to a Device (Optional)

If you’d like to access your business email on your phone, tablet, or computer:

  1. Use your full email address and password when setting up the account.

  2. For most email clients, use these settings:

    • Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com

    • Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: IMAP 993 / SMTP 465 (SSL Enabled)

🔒 Always enable SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your email connection.
