🛠️ How to Request Website Changes or Support

Need an update or adjustment made to your website? Whether it’s adding new content, updating images, or fixing an issue, you can easily request help from the TK Internet Marketing support team through your Client Area.

🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area

  1. Visit https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

    💡 If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the link in your email to reset it.

🧭 Step 2: Open a Support Ticket

  1. From the main menu, click SupportOpen Ticket.

  2. Choose the most relevant department for your request (for example, Website Support or Maintenance Requests).

  3. Fill in the subject line and provide a detailed description of your request.

    • Include page URLs or screenshots if available.

    • Be as specific as possible so our team can quickly assist.

📸 Tip: You can drag and drop image files into the ticket form to include visual examples.

✏️ Step 3: Track Your Request

  1. After submitting your ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket ID.

  2. To view the status of your request:

    • Go to Support → My Tickets in your Client Area.

    • Click the subject line of any ticket to read or reply.

🕒 Response times vary depending on the request type, but most tickets receive an initial reply within one business day.

🔁 Step 4: Reply or Add More Details

If we need additional information or approval to proceed:

  1. Open the ticket from your Client Area or your confirmation email.

  2. Click Reply to add comments, attachments, or updates.

  3. You’ll receive a notification by email once your request is completed.

📄 Step 5: Close the Ticket

  1. Once the issue is resolved or update completed, you can close the ticket by clicking Mark as Resolved.

  2. You’ll still be able to view it under Closed Tickets for your records.
