💳 How to Update Your Saved Payment Method or Credit Card
Keeping your payment information up to date ensures your services, domains, and hosting renew automatically without interruption. You can easily add, edit, or remove your saved payment method directly inside your TK Internet Marketing Client Area.
🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area

Visit https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.

Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

Once logged in, you’ll see your Client Dashboard.
💡 If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? to reset it before continuing.
🧭 Step 2: Go to Payment Settings

From the top menu, click Billing → Payment Methods.

You’ll see a list of your currently saved payment methods, such as credit cards or other gateways.

If no payment method is saved, this page will display an option to Add New Credit Card.
💰 Step 3: Add a New Payment Method

Click Add New Credit Card or Add Payment Method.

Enter your:

Cardholder Name
-
Credit/Debit Card Number
-
Expiration Date (MM/YY)
-
CVV Code (3-digit code on the back)

Click Save Changes to store the payment method securely.
🔒 All card details are encrypted and processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. TK Internet Marketing does not store raw card data.
🔁 Step 4: Update an Existing Card
If your card has expired or been replaced:

Locate your saved card under Billing → Payment Methods.

Click Edit next to the card you wish to update.

Update the expiration date or card number as needed.

Click Save Changes to confirm.
💡 You can have more than one saved card, but only one can be set as the default for automatic payments.
❌ Step 5: Remove an Old Payment Method

Go to Billing → Payment Methods.

Click Delete next to the card you want to remove.

Confirm when prompted.
⚠️ Before deleting your only payment method, ensure another active method is added — otherwise, automatic renewals will fail.
🔄 Step 6: Verify Auto-Renew Settings
After updating your payment details:

Go to Billing → My Invoices or Domains → My Domains.

Confirm your services and domains are still set to Auto-Renew if desired.

If needed, toggle Auto-Renew back on under each product or domain.
