Welcome to your TK Internet Marketing Client Area — your all-in-one portal for managing hosting, domains, billing, support tickets, and website services.

This guide gives you a quick overview of what you can do and where to find key tools to manage your account effectively.

🏠 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area

  1. Go to https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

  3. If you forget your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions to reset it.

📊 Step 2: Explore the Dashboard

After logging in, you’ll see your Client Dashboard, which gives a snapshot of your account.
From here, you can:

  • View your active services and domains

  • See recent invoices and transactions

  • Open or check the status of support tickets

  • Find quick links to common tools (like cPanel and webmail)

🔍 The dashboard also displays alerts for unpaid invoices, expiring domains, or service renewals.

💼 Step 3: Manage Your Services

To view your hosting or website packages:

  1. Click Services → My Services.

  2. Select a service to open its details.

  3. From there, you can:

    • Login to cPanel (website control panel)

    • View usage statistics (disk space, bandwidth)

    • Manage SSL, backups, or add-ons

🧠 This is where you’ll manage everything related to your hosting plan or website maintenance.

🌐 Step 4: Manage Your Domains

  1. Click Domains → My Domains.

  2. You can:

    • View registration and renewal dates

    • Enable auto-renewal

    • Manage DNS records

    • Update WHOIS contact information

    • Transfer your domain

💡 Keeping Auto-Renew enabled helps prevent accidental domain expiration.

💳 Step 5: View and Pay Invoices

  1. Click Billing → My Invoices.

  2. Here you can:

    • View outstanding or paid invoices

    • Download PDF copies

    • Pay securely by credit card or saved payment method

💰 Payments are processed securely through TK Internet Marketing’s billing gateway.

💬 Step 6: Submit or Review Support Tickets

  1. Click Support → Tickets to view existing requests.

  2. To submit a new request, click Open Ticket and select the correct department (e.g., Website Support, Billing, SEO).

  3. Add a clear subject, description, and optional attachments (screenshots, documents, etc.).

🕓 All tickets are tracked and timestamped — you’ll receive an email when our team replies.

🧰 Step 7: Access Quick Tools

From your Client Area sidebar or dashboard, you can access:

  • cPanel Login — Manage your files, emails, and backups.

  • Webmail Access — Check email from anywhere.

  • Knowledgebase — Find guides and tutorials (like this one).

  • Announcements — View service updates and maintenance notices.

🔒 Step 8: Secure Your Account

For added protection:

  • Use a strong password (12+ characters).

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) under Security Settings.

  • Log out of your account when using shared devices.
