🗓️ How to Check Domain Expiration and Renewal Dates
Keeping your domain name active is critical — if it expires, your website, email, and SEO rankings can all be disrupted. You can easily check your domain’s renewal date and manage its settings from your TK Internet Marketing Client Area.
🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area
-
Go to https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.
-
Enter your email address and password, then click Login.
💡 If you can’t remember your password, click Forgot Password? to reset it.
🧭 Step 2: Access Your Domains
-
In the top navigation menu, click Domains → My Domains.
-
You’ll see a list of all domains registered or managed through TK Internet Marketing.
-
Each domain entry will display its:
-
Registration Date
-
Next Due Date (Expiration Date)
-
Status (Active, Expired, or Pending Renewal)
-
🧾 Step 3: View Domain Details
-
Click the Manage Domain button next to the domain you’d like to review.
-
You’ll be taken to the Domain Overview page.
-
Here you can view:
-
Next Renewal Date
-
Auto-Renew Status
-
Nameservers
-
Registrar Lock (protection against unauthorized transfers)
-
💡 If Auto-Renew is enabled, your domain will renew automatically before the expiration date using your default payment method.
🔁 Step 4: Enable or Disable Auto-Renewal
-
From the Manage Domain page, click the Auto-Renew tab.
-
Toggle the setting ON to keep your domain active automatically each year.
-
If you prefer to renew manually, toggle OFF — but be sure to note your expiration date to avoid interruptions.
⚠️ If Auto-Renew is off, TK Internet Marketing will send multiple reminder emails before your domain expires.
🧮 Step 5: Renew Manually (If Needed)
If your domain is approaching expiration or has expired:
-
Go to Domains → My Domains.
-
Click the Renew Now link next to your domain.
-
Choose your renewal term (1 year, 2 years, etc.) and complete payment.
-
Once payment is processed, your domain will be reactivated.
⏱️ Domains typically renew within minutes, but DNS changes may take up to 24 hours to propagate.
🧱 Step 6: Verify Contact Information
Domain registrars require valid contact details for ownership verification.
-
On the Manage Domain page, click Contact Information.
-
Make sure your name, business name, email, and phone are correct.
-
Update any outdated information and click Save Changes.
💡 Incorrect contact details can cause renewal failures or domain suspension notices.
