📨 How to Check the Status of a Ticket or Request

You can easily track the progress of any open or completed support request right from your TK Internet Marketing Client Area. This ensures you always know the current status of your ticket and can reply or close it as needed.

🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area

  1. Visit https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

    💡 If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the link sent to your email to reset it.

🧭 Step 2: Navigate to the Support Section

  1. From the top menu, click Support → My Tickets.

  2. You’ll see a list of all support requests you’ve submitted.

  3. Each ticket will show:

    • Ticket ID

    • Subject

    • Department (e.g., SEO, Hosting, Billing)

    • Status (Open, Answered, Closed)

    • Last Updated date

✉️ Step 3: View and Reply to a Ticket

  1. Click on the Subject Line of any ticket to open it.

  2. Scroll through the conversation thread to view all messages between you and our support team.

  3. To reply:

    • Type your response in the message box.

    • Attach files or screenshots if needed.

    • Click Submit Reply to send your update.

💡 Replies from TK Internet Marketing will also be sent to your registered email address for convenience.

✅ Step 4: Check Ticket Status Updates

Each ticket will display one of the following statuses:

  • Open: Awaiting response from TK Internet Marketing.

  • Answered: Our team has replied, waiting for your feedback.

  • Closed: The issue has been resolved or marked as complete.

You can sort or filter your tickets by status or department for easier viewing.

🔒 Step 5: Close a Ticket

  1. Once your request is resolved, open the ticket and click Close Ticket (or Mark as Resolved).

  2. You can still view closed tickets anytime under the Closed Tickets tab.

🧾 Keeping closed tickets available helps maintain a record of past requests and solutions.
