🧾 How to Update Your Account Information in the Client Area
Keeping your account information up to date ensures that you receive important notices, invoices, and service updates without interruption. Follow the steps below to easily make changes in your client account.
🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area

Visit our secure login page:
👉 https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php -
Enter your email address and password, then click Login.
💡 Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password? and follow the link emailed to you to reset it.
🧭 Step 2: Access Your Account Details
After logging in:

Click your name (or profile icon) at the top-right corner.

Select Edit Account Details or My Details from the dropdown menu.
✏️ Step 3: Update Your Information
On the My Details page, you can edit:

First Name / Last Name
-
Company Name (if applicable)
-
Email Address
-
Phone Number
-
Billing Address (Street, City, State, ZIP, Country)
Make the necessary updates and review them for accuracy.
⚙️ Step 4: Manage Optional Settings
You can also update the following from the side menu:

Change Password: Go to Security Settings → Change Password

Payment Methods: Go to Billing → Payment Methods

Contacts/Sub-Accounts: Add or manage additional authorized users
-
Email Preferences: Adjust which system emails you receive
💾 Step 5: Save Your Changes
Click Save Changes (or Update Details) at the bottom of the form.
✅ You’ll see a success message confirming that your updates have been saved.
👥 Step 6: Add or Manage a Contact/Sub-Account (Optional)
If you’d like another person in your company to have access:

Click Contacts/Sub-Accounts in the left menu.

Click Add New Contact.

Fill in their details and select the appropriate permissions (for example, “View & Pay Invoices” or “Manage Services”).

Click Save Changes.
